Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Benchmark Holdings plc (the “Company”) on 27 September 2022 regarding the satisfaction of the conditions in the Call Notice and the Company's intention to call the outstanding senior secured bonds with the ticker "BHMH01" (ISIN NO0010858210). The Company confirms that the Call Option under the aforementioned bond issue has been successfully completed as of today, date 30 September 2022.
