This is with reference to the captioned subject.

1. We hereby confirm that our company, Benchmark Computer Solutions Limited is not a large corporate as per the applicability criteria provided under SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26th 2018 and Therefore, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 & B2 respectively to the aforesaid Circular does not arise.

2. The Company doesn't have outstanding long term borrowings exceeding Rs. 100 (One Hundred) Crores which has original maturity of more than 1 (one) year as on the last date of the Financial Year 2025-26.
