MUMBAI, APRIL 28, 2025: Benares Hotels Limited (BHL), a subsidiary of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) , reported its results for the fourth quarter and year ending March 31, 2025.

Dr. Anant Narain Singh, Chairman, Benares Hotels Limited (BHL) said, “BHL reported four consecutive quarters of strong double-digit growth resulting in FY2025 revenue of INR 141 crores, a growth of 14%, EBITDA of INR 65 crores, clocking a robust EBITDA margin of 45.8% and a PAT of INR 43 crores. ”

He added , “Demand for the destination continues to be strong and was boosted by the Kumbh Mela and related travels in the region, clocking a record revenue of INR 51 crores , a 38% growth and PAT of INR 16 crores in quarter four.”

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Taj Ganges’s new wing comprising of 100 additional rooms and a restaurant is in advanced stages of completion and will open in quarter three of FY2026.

• Taj ranked as India’s Strongest Brand across sectors and industries by Brand Finance’s Brand Value Report India 2023.

• Taj Ganges, Varanasi has been recognized for outstanding contribution in environment sustainability by the Travel Welfare Association of Varanasi.
