Re: Board Meeting to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/period ended 30[th] September, 2021

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021, inter-alia, to take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2021.

Further pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from September 24, 2021 till October 17, 2021(both days inclusive) and that the Trading Window shall open on October 18, 2021 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
