We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its 411[th] meeting held on 09.05.2025, inter-alia, has declared 2[nd] Interim Dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share of Rs.10/each (i.e. 150% of paid up share capital) for the Financial year 2024-25.

In this connection, the Company had fixed the Record date as 15.05.2025 for the payment of the said 2[nd] interim dividend to the eligible equity shareholders as on the record date.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:02 hours and concluded at 12:05 hours.
