Sub: Intimation of the Board Meeting – Interim Dividend

Ref: CS/SE/2022-23/Q-3/286 dated 31.01.2023

In continuation to our intimation dated 31.01.2023 in relation to the Board Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on 10.02.2023, this is to inform that the declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 on equity shares will also be considered by the board in addition to businesses informed earlier.

Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the record date for interim dividend is fixed on 24.02.2023, if declared by the Board.

In this connection, as per 'BEML Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders', the trading window will remain closed from 01.01.2023 to 12.02.2023.
