We have examined all Share Transfer forms, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to BEML LIMITED maintained by KFin Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad (RTA) pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company/RTA, we hereby certify that: -
- A. The Company has not received any request for transfer of shares during the half year ended 31.03.2021 and hence delivery of Share Certificates within one month relating to the Share Transfer during the said half year does not arise.
- B. Two requests were received for issue of duplicate share certificates and the certificates have been issued with 30 days of the lodgment of request. Further there was no request received for sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls / allotment monies during the aforesaid period.
