Pursuant to Article 97 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the President of India has appointed Smt. Balmuri Vanitha (DIN-08579028) as Independent Woman Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 24.01.2020.
Smt. Balmuri Vanitha (D/N-08679028) is B.A. and LL.B from Kakatiya University. Smt. Vanitha has started Advocate Practice in the year 1998 at Godavarikhani and has been practicing for the last 22 years.
Further, Smt. Vanitha is not having any inter-se relationship among the directors of the Company.
