Sub: Intimation of the Board Meeting - Reg.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEB! (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby intimate that a Board Meeting of M/s. BEML Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 10.02.2021, inter-alia to:

- Consider and approve the Un-audited financial Results for the third quarter and Nine months ended 31.12.2020 and
-
- Consider the Interim Dividend for the FY 2020-21 on equity shares, if any.
Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, the record date is fixed on 19.02.2021, if Board declares the said Interim dividend.
In view of above, the trading window which was closed from 01.01.2021 as communicated vide our letter ref. CS/SE/Q-3/TW dt.29.12.2020, would remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results i.e. upto 12.02.2021.
