Pursuant to Article 97 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the President of India has appointed Shri Dinesh Mahur, Additional Secretary (DP), Department of Defence Production, as the Government Nominee Director (Part-time official Director) (DIN- 10862645), vide letter dated 05th June, 2026, in place of Smt. Meera Mohanty, Joint Secretary (P&C).

3	Brief Profile	Shri Dinesh Mahur, Additional Secretary in Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence is an officer of the Indian Telecom Service 1992 batch. In addition to posting in his own parent Department i.e., Department of Telecom, Shri Dinesh Mahur has worked in several organisations including Ministry of Home Affairs as Director (2011-2016), in Prasar Bharti as Addl. Director General (2016-2020) and in Ministry of Mines as Joint Secretary (2024-25) before joining Ministry of Defence as Additional Secretary.

He is an engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (1991), MA in Social Studies from International School of Social Studies (2014), The Hague, Netherlands and PGDM in Public Policy and Management from Management Development Institute, Gurugram (2024).

He has established telecom companies with investment from Indian PSUs in Telecom sector in Nepal and Mauritius and also worked with these companies in leadership position. |
