Pursuant to Article 97 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the President of India has appointed Shri Sachin Dighde, as the Director (Defence Business) (DIN-11306396), in BEML. Shri Sachin Dighde has assumed the charge of the post today on 18.09.2025(A/N).

Shri Sachin Dighde, an accomplished Engineer with over three decades of expertise, has served as Chief of Rolling Stock at the Ministry of Railways, prior to joining BEML. He brings extensive experience in managing complex engineering operations and manifold strategic projects in such a long tenure of service to Govt. of India.

Shri Dighde is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority and also is not having any inter-se relationship among the Directors of the Company.
