CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Richard A. Schwering, do hereby consent to the public filing of the technical report entitled "National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report, Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the South Mountain Project, Owyhee County, Idaho, USA" dated June 15, 2021 with an effective date of April 20, 2021 (the "Technical Report") by BeMetals Corp. ( "BeMetals" ).

I also consent to any extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the news release dated May 4, 2021, entitled "BeMetals Announces Substantial Increase to Mineral Resource at the High-Grade South Mountain Zinc-Silver-Gold-Copper Project in Idaho" (the "News Release") .
