Het remuneratieverslag en het remuneratiebeleid kunnen worden teruggevonden in het Jaarverslag van de Vennootschap, gepubliceerd op de website van de Vennootschap (www.baltainvestors.com) of te verkrijgen op de maatschappelijke zetel van de Vennootschap (Wakkensteenweg 2, 8710 Sint-Baafs-Vijve). Het remuneratieverslag kan worden teruggevonden onder het hoofdstuk 'Corporate Governance' op pagina 108 tot en met 112 van het Jaarverslag en het remuneratiebeleid kan worden teruggevonden als apart hoofdstuk op pagina 116 tot en met 120.

The remuneration report can be found under the chapter 'Corporate Governance' on pages 108 to 112 of the Annual Report and the remuneration policy can be found as a separate chapter in the Annual Report on pages 116 to 120.
