Publication of a Transparency Notification

DISCLOSURE MADE PURSUANT TO THE LAW OF 2 MAY 2007 ON THE DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDINGS

Belysse Group NV, listed on Euronext Brussels (the "Company"), has received a transparency notification dated 14 April 2025. This transparency notification indicates that on 10 April 2025 the total holding of DUMAC, Inc. in voting rights of the Company, fell below the threshold of 5%.

The aforesaid notification dated 14 April 2025 contains the following information:

• Additional information: DUMAC, Inc. is the manager of a commingled US investment vehicle, Blackwell Partners LLC – Series A , a registered series of Blackwell Partners LLC, and can exercise the voting rights at its discretion in the absence of specific instructions. On 10 April 2025, DUMAC, Inc. sold 78,757 shares in Belysse Group NV, as a result of which its shareholding decreased to 1,783,997 shares (= 4.96%, denominator = 35,943,396).
