Balta Group NV, listed on Euronext Brussels (the "Company"), has received on 6 July 2017 a transparency notification dated 6 July 2017. This transparency notification indicates that, on 14 June 2017, Tocqueville Finance S.A., holds 6.64% of the voting rights of the Company. Tocqueville Finance S.A. has therefore crossed the threshold of 5%.
