Convocation of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting (AGM)
The Board of Directors of Balta Group nv is pleased to invite the shareholders of the Company to attend the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at 11:00 am (CET) at the modulyss Inspiration Hub, located at Dok-Noord 7/109B in Ghent, Belgium.
