Belships - Share Issue/Capital Change 2019

Belships ASA : New share capital registered in connection with completion of acquisition of supramax bulk carrier from Wenaas Shipping AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Belships ASA (the

"Company" or "Belships") on 2 April 2019, regarding the acquisition of a 58,700

dwt bulk carrier from Wenaas Shipping AS (the "Transaction") and the issuance of

consideration shares by Belships.

Belships has upon completion of the Transaction on 31 May 2019 issued 8,060,650

new Belships shares to Wenaas Shipping AS, and following the issuance there are

183,178,643 shares outstanding in Belships, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.

The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 366,357,286. The share

capital increase was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises today, on 3 June 2019.
