Oslo Børs has, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, approved the voluntary offer set out in the offer document dated 28 June 2018 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Belships ASA made by AS Consensio

Offer price: NOK 5.50 per share

Offer period: From and including 29 June 2018 to and including 13 July 2018 at 16:30 hours (CET) (subject to extension)
