The company was informed on Friday 20 November 2015 that under the terms of the Bellway plc Employee Share Trust (1992) (an arrangement to reward directors and employees) 15,480 Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares were transferred on 20 November 2015 to the following director for nil consideration under the terms of the following arrangements:
