In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company wishes to announce that Paul Hampden Smith, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that with effect from 9 May 2017 he will take on the role of senior independent non-executive director of Grafton Group plc.  Paul is currently a non-executive director of Grafton Group plc, Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
