Intention to appoint Administrator - update

Further to the notification of 31 October 2025, Belluscura plc announces that it is still seeking to appoint an Administrator for the Company pursuant to paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

However, Belluscura requires funds, which it is in the process of sourcing, in order to pay for the appointment of an administrator.
