Redemption Price

The Company announced on 3 November 2022 that valid redemption requests in respect of 30,577,550 Ordinary Shares were received for the 30 November 2022 Redemption Point. 

The process for the redemption of Ordinary Shares, including the calculation of Redemption Price, is set out in the Share Issuance Programme prospectus issued by the Company in November 2018 and the Company's Articles of Association.

Of the redemption requests in respect of 30,577,550 Ordinary Shares, all of the Ordinary Shares will be redeemed and cancelled by the Company. All shareholders who validly applied to have shares redeemed will receive a Redemption Price of 164.34 pence per share. It is expected that despatch of payments in respect of the valid redemption requests will be made on or around 14 December 2022.
