Extension to SPP Closing Date
Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX: BGL) advises that the closing date of its current share purchase plan ( SPP ) has been extended until 5.00pm (WST) on Friday, 29 October 2021.
The SPP gives shareholders the opportunity to acquire shares at the same price (85c) as the Company's recent share placement.
All Bellevue Directors and members of the executive management team have indicated they intend to take up their maximum SPP entitlement of A$30,000 worth of shares.
The full terms and conditions of the SPP are included in the SPP booklet announced to the ASX on 13 September 2021.
