Publication of a transparency notification

NV Bekaert SA ("Bekaert") has received a transparency notification dated 28 March 2017 indicating that Norges Bank now holds, by virtue of an increase in shares held as collateral on 22 March 2017, 3.01% of the voting rights of the company. Therefore the threshold of 3% was crossed.

All investments are executed by Norges Bank acting as principal and all holdings are registered in the name of Norges Bank.
