COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN MANUREEN SECURITIES LIMITED

Reference is made to the announcement of Realord Group Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 12 November 2014 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to the acquisition of the entire equity interest in Manureen Securities Limited. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to the Announcement unless otherwise defined.

The Board is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent as stipulated in the Agreement have been fulfilled and the Acquisition was completed on 8 May 2015. As a result, the Target has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the financial statements of the Target will be consolidated into the Group.
