TRADING HALT

(the “ Company ”), trading in its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be halted with effect from 9 a.m. on Monday, 1 February 2021, pending the publication of an announcement in relation to the Code on Takeovers and Mergers, which constitutes inside information of the Company.
