AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) announces that, one of the controlling shareholders of the Company, Beijing Feng Yong Tai Consulting Company Limited (北京豐永泰諮詢有限公司), has changed its name to Digital Science & Technology Group Limited (迪信通科技集團有限 公司). At a meeting of the Board held on 29 March 2016, the Board proposed to amend the articles of association of the Company (the “ Articles of Association ”) as follows to reflect the aforementioned change of name of the shareholder.

The proposed amendments to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 6 June 2016 for consideration and, if thought fit, for approval by the shareholders of the Company. A circular containing, among other things, information relating to the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, together with a notice of the annual general meeting, will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company on or before 21 April 2016.
