CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Ng Sau Mei (“ Ms. Ng ”) has resigned as the joint company secretary (the “ Joint Company Secretary ”) and the authorised representative of the Company under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for acceptance of service of process or notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong (the “ Authorised Representative ”) with effect from 29 August 2018 due to other work arrangement.

Ms. Ng confirms that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Stock Exchange ”) in relation to her resignation.

The Board further announces that, following Ms. Ng’s resignation as the Joint Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative, Ms. Lam Yuk Ling (“ Ms. Lam ”) has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative with effect from 29 August 2018. Besides, as confirmed by the Stock Exchange, Ms. Li Dongmei (“ Ms. Li ”), the current Joint Company Secretary, has met the qualifications of company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Ms. Li and Ms. Lam will jointly act as the joint company secretaries of the Company, and Ms. Li will serve as the primary corporate contact person between the Company and Ms. Lam.

Ms. Lam is an assistant manager of the Listing Services Department of TMF Hong Kong Limited (a global corporate service provider). Ms. Lam has over 10 years of professional experience in the company secretarial field and is responsible for provision of corporate secretarial and compliance services to listed company clients. Ms. Lam obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Ng for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure of office as the Joint Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative, and welcome Ms. Lam to her new appointment.
