RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) announces that on 2 November 2016, Mr. Leng Jianchuang has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company (the “ CFO ”) due to the change of his personal business development and new business engagements which require more time for his dedication.

Mr. Leng Jianchuang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to his resignation as the CFO that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company and the Board would like to express the gratitude to him for his hard working and contribution to the Company.
