ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board (the “ Board ”) of Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that Ms. Su Fengjuan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (the “ CFO ”) of the Company.

The biography of Ms. Su Fengjuan is as follows:

Ms. Su Fengjuan, aged 33, received a bachelor degree in accounting from North China University of Technology in June 2006, and a master degree in business management (accounting) from North China University of Technology in June 2009. Ms. Su Fengjuan joined the Company in February 2009 and served as the ORACLE Financial advisor since then. She served at the financial management department of Financial Center of the Company from March 2010 to December 2013. She served as the assistant to the chief financial officer of the Company from January 2014 to January 2016. She served as the trainee chief financial officer of the Company from February 2016 to October 2016.

Save as disclosed above, Ms. Su Fengjuan does not (i) have any interests in the shares of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong); (ii) hold any directorships in any public companies the securities of which are listed on any securities market in Hong Kong and overseas in the last three years; (iii) have any relationships with any members of the Board, senior management, substantial Shareholders or controlling Shareholders of the Company within the meaning of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; or (iv) hold any other positions in the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Save as disclosed above, there is no matter relating to the appointment of Ms. Su Fengjuan that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Shareholders, nor any information that needs to be disclosed pursuant to the requirements of Rules 13.51(2)(h) to (v) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
