Change in the number of shares and votes in Beijer Ref
In accordance with Beijer Ref AB's Articles of Association, shareholders of series A-shares have the right to convert such shares to series B-shares. Such conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company.
During October 2024, 5,760 series A-shares were converted to series B-shares at the request of shareholders. Accordingly, the total number of votes in the company thereafter amounts to 760,639,526. The total number of shares in the company amounts to 509,085,926, of which 27,950,400 are series A-shares and 481,135,526 are series B-shares.
