Paul Stanley, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 50,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 23,375 Ordinary Shares. Exercise of options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  The Options have been exercised by net settlement, using the closing price on 19 July 2018 of 68.90 pence. This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 23,375 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
