Transfer of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that it has transferred 13,432 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury to settle certain staff share options which have been exercised. The Ordinary Shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 561,940 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Consequently, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and total voting rights is 159,203,097 (excluding treasury shares).
