ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

ACCC approves acquisition of Koroit facility by Bega Cheese

Bega Cheese Limited (Bega Cheese) is delighted to announce that the ACCC has approved the purchase of Saputo Dairy Australia Pty Ltd’s (SDA) Koroit dairy processing facility (the Koroit Facility) located at Koroit in Western Victoria.

Bega Cheese can now work with SDA to achieve a timely completion of the purchase.
