The Company shall intimate to the exchange the Standalone unaudited Financial Results along with limited review report upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting as required by SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

2. Recommendation for change in name of the Company to new name subject to approval of the members of the Company and other statutory authorities.
