Change of CFO and resignation of Joint Company Secretary

Beforepay Group Limited (Beforepay or the Company) (ASX:B4P) advises that Elena Chan has given notice of her resignation as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary, in order to take up a General Counsel position at a noncompeting, unlisted institution. Ms Chan’s last day will be 1 August 2025.

The Company will conduct an internal and external search to appoint a successor.

During this transitional period, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Shreya Prakash as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Prakash joined Beforepay in September 2021 and has led the Group's accounting and reporting over that time.

Jamie Twiss, the CEO of Beforepay, said “It’s been a privilege to work alongside Elena over the past three and a half years. She has been an instrumental part of Beforepay’s evolution, and we wish her all the best going forward.”
