Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Beforepay Group Limited (Beforepay or the Company) (ASX: B4P) is pleased to announce the appointment of Laavanya Pari as its new Chief Financial Officer, commencing on 11 August 2025.
Ms. Pari is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of finance and leadership experience across a range of industries in both Australia and the UK. After commencing her career in audit with Grant Thornton, she transitioned into the commercial sector and most recently held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at GetUp Ltd, and Head of Finance at Mamamia.com.au Pty Ltd. Prior to that, Ms. Pari was the Chief Financial Officer at Svitzer Australia. She is also a Director and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Justice Connect and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Following Ms. Pari’s commencement, Interim CFO Shreya Prakash will return to her existing role on the Finance team. “Shreya has done a great job in the interim CFO role, and we’re grateful for all her hard work over a busy time of year,” said Twiss.
