Appointment of Acting Chief Financial Officer

Beforepay Group Limited (Beforepay or the Company) (ASX: B4P) is pleased to advise that Ms Elena Chan (General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary) has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective 1 July 2024. Ms Chan’s existing portfolio within the business will be expanded, with the responsibilities in the team rebalanced to accommodate the expanded role. The Company will continue to conduct an internal and external to appoint a permanent successor.
