NOTICE OF EXERCISE OF CALL OPTION

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 22 June 2023 regarding a contemplated refinancing of the existing senior secured bond issue with ticker BBERG03.

Beerenberg AS has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of its call option for the Outstanding Bonds under the existing senior secured bond issue with ISIN NO 0010904782. All Outstanding Bonds will be redeemed at a price of 104 per cent. of the Nominal Amount for each redeemed Bond (plus accrued and unpaid interest).

The Call Option Repayment Date is set to 19 July 2023 with record date 17 July 2023.
