Mandate Announcement and Fixed Income Investor Calls

Beerenberg AS has mandated ABG Sundal Collier and Danske Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 20 October. A NOK 750 million 3-year senior secured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. If successful, net proceeds from such transaction together with cash at hand will be used to redeem the outstanding BBERG02 (NO0010786296) bonds at the current call price of 100.0% of par value plus accrued interest.
