Early redemption of bond

Reference to announcement made on the 07.02.2017 relating to

call to redeem the outstanding BBERG01 (NO0010713738).

In accordance with clause 10.2 (Call Option) of the Bond

Agreement the entire Bond Issue will redeem as follows:

Record Date: 17 March 2017

Settlement Date: 21 March 2017

Call Price: 102.0% of par value, plus accrued and unpaid

interest (to, but not including, the Settlement Date)
