28 May 2025 --- Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, has been notified that, on 27 May 2025, Gordon McArthur, Chief Executive Officer, sold 260,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 213.90 pence per share.

These PDMR dealing was undertaken for personal reasons. Subsequent to this dealing, Mr. McArthur retains a substantial shareholding of 21,093,440 Ordinary Shares, representing 31.3% of the total enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
