Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As previously announced on 27 September 2018, Fraser McDonald has now taken over from Simon Goulding as Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed to the Board of the Company.
