Dear Sirs and Madams,

Re: Confirmation of patent registration in the US Concerning Method for Producing Nectar

The Company is honored to inform that its subsidiary (100%), Beeio Honey Technologies Ltd., completed the registration of its first patent concerning nectar production, titled "Nectar Harvesting Systems and Methods" (patent no. US 11,801,518 B1), upon receipt of a granted patent confirmation on behalf of the US Patent and Trademark Office. It is noted that this patent deals with nectar production technology which may be used in the process of producing cultivated honey.

The patent registration, which is the first patent of the Company's activity of which the registration was completed, constitutes a significant milestone in reinforcing the intellectual property of the Company, as part of the Company's long-term strategic plan for forming a significant advantage in its area of activity by establishing protection for its intellectual property. In addition, the Company continues to reinforce its intellectual property by filing six additional patent applications for their registration which are currently under examination and which the Company acts for the completion of their

registrations, with one patent application currently under national examination phase in the US¹ , 3 patent applications at the PCT phase and 2 patent applications at the provisional phase. All patent applications were filed in the US.
