NASDAQ AFFIRMS ORCKIT DELISTING

The Company has been notified that the NASDAQ Listing and Hearing Review Council has affirmed the decision of a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel to delist the Company's ordinary shares from The NASDAQ Stock Market. The Company's ordinary shares continue to be listed on the OTCQB and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
