WOLFRAM RESOURCES PLC

Wolfram Resources Plc (LSE: WFR, the "Company") announces that it entered into an unsecured Loan Facility on 16 October 2025 with one of its shareholders, BPM Trading Limited.

The principal terms of the Loan Facility are:

Amount:          up to £1,000,000

Term:               12 months

Interest rate:    0% per annum

The loan will be drawn down as required and applied towards supporting the Company's general working capital requirements prior to the completion of a "Qualifying Transaction".
