Bechtle AG: Second Quarter Continues with Exceptional Growth

Neckarsulm, 21.7.2014 - After a strong start to the year, Bechtle AG once
again delivered outstanding figures during the second quarter of 2014.
According to preliminary figures, pre-tax earnings amounted to some EUR23m,
an approximately 60% increase over the previous year (EUR14.6m). Revenue
between April and June climbed to approximately EUR603m, some 16% above the
previous year (EUR518.5m). EBT margin reached an excellent 3.9%. Revenue
and EBT growth was driven by the group's foreign and domestic subsidiaries
in both business segments, IT System Houses & Managed Services and IT
E-commerce.

Definitive figures will be available in Bechtle AG's interim report for the
second quarter, to be published on 08 August 2014.
