Bechtle AG Completes PSB AG Takeover
Bechtle now holds 100 per cent of the shares of PSB. The delisting has been
initiated.
Neckarsulm, 29th August 2008 – With the entry of the exclusion of the
minority shareholders into the commercial register on 22nd August 2008, the
squeeze out resolution, passed at the Annual General Meeting, of PSB AG on
16th June 2005 was implemented. Thus the acquisition of the PSB shares,
which were not yet in possession of the parent company, is now completely
concluded. The Bechtle AG is now the sole proprietor of PSB AG.
Until now, Bechtle held 98.3 per cent of the PSB shares. Some of the
remaining minority shareholders had filed complaints against the squeeze
out resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting. This process has now
been successfully brought to a close. Trade with PSB shares on the stock
exchange was closed on the 25th August 2008. The delisting of PSB has
already been initiated and will take place soon.
