1. On June 13, 2013, Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway,
   has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
   shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have fallen
   below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 12, 2013 and on that
   day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 807 Voting Rights).

2. On June 13, 2013, the Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the State of
   Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
   the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm,
   Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June
   12, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 807 Voting
   Rights).
   According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.0% of
   the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 807 Voting Rights) is to be
   attributed to the company from Norges Bank.
