Bechtle AG: Change of Chairman on the Supervisory Board

Neckarsulm, 31.10.13. Citing personal family reasons, Klaus Winkler
submitted his resignation as Member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board
of Bechtle AG today in compliance with the 1-month notice period required
by the board's bylaws.

Mr Winkler has been on the Bechtle AG supervisory board since May 1999.

A new supervisory board member may be appointed in accordance with Section
104 of the German Public Companies Act (AktG) for the period from now until
next year's Annual General Meeting (5 June 2014). The executive board has
decided to nominate the current Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Gerhard Schick. The supervisory board decided in a meeting today to support
the nomination and to elect Mr Schick as Chairman of the Supervisory Board
should his appointment be confirmed.
